The Menard 5 isn’t a business. It isn’t a brand. It’s my “why.”
The Menard 5 represents my five children. They’re the reason I get up every morning, work hard, and keep pushing myself to be better. Everything I do is with them in mind.
Whether I’m helping a young athlete chase a dream through Menard’s Barrel Forge or helping customers solve manufacturing challenges, the mission is the same: serve others with integrity, build lasting relationships, and leave people better than I found them.
This website isn’t just about baseball lessons or manufacturing solutions. It’s about family. It’s about faith. It’s about working hard, treating people the right way, and trying to build something that lasts longer than a career.
If my kids read this years from now, I hope they know they were always the reason. Every early morning, every late night, every mile driven, every risk taken, and every opportunity pursued was done with them in mind. My greatest hope is that they’ll know they were always more important than any job, any business, or any success I ever achieved.
